La Vergne Police are investigating a shooting

This is the vehicle that was driven by the shooting victim.

La Vergne Police are investigating a shooting near Mountain Top Trail.

Reports indicate a person with multiple gunshot wounds drove a teal colored Ford Expedition to La Vergne Fire station number 2 on Waldron Road seeking help. From there, the gunshot victim was flown by Life Flight Helicopter to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.

The man was shot twice in one arm and once in the chest. Today, the male victim is listed in stable condition.


La Vergne Police say suspect Carzell Dionne Harris is currently on their most wanted list in relation to the shooting.
