La Vergne Primary School students, faculty and staff have been evacuated to nearby Roy Waldron School after a reported gas leak. Rutherford County Schools spokesman James Evans says while all students are safe, they were moved while the gas company assesses the situation. He says students are being fed lunch and emphasizes students at both schools are safe.
