A 26-year old Murfreesboro woman was charged for the 4th time with DUI on Thursday morning. Laura Savannah Jastre was pulled over after making a u-turn in the middle of the Greenland Drive / Old Lascassas intersection.

The arrest report that WGNS obtained on Thursday stated, “Ms. Jastre was unable to complete field sobriety test satisfactorily.” The woman, who told police she works as a bartender, submitted to a blood alcohol content test.

When police ran a background check on Jastre, it was revealed that she was convicted of DUI twice before in Davidson County and once in Rutherford County. Her license was also revoked because of a past DUI, according to the report.

A court date has been set for August 21, 2014. As of Thursday afternoon, she remains behind bars at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.
