A $1,000 reward continues to be offered for a missing dog in Murfreesboro near Barfield Crescent Park.

Local resident Dwayne Samford, who has helped the community numerous times with different fundraisers, told WGNS that his beloved pet named Buddy has been missing for an extended period of time. Samford, who operates Classic Custom Cycles on 231 South near Volunteer Road, is offering a $1,000 reward in hopes of finding the lab / sharpei mix dog.

Buddy is described as being medium in size and solid black in color. He has a small white triangle on his chest.
