The VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (VA TVHS) leadership will host four town hall forums for Veterans in Murfreesboro, Nashville, Clarksville and Chattanooga. The Murfreesboro meeting will be on the 19th of this month.

Health System Director Juan Morales said, "This should be a listening forum that will allow Veterans in the Middle Tennessee, and Southern Kentucky regions a chance to be heard and to reaffirm our commitment to our mission and Core Values. We will also address some of the changes that have been taking place and steps taken to address access concerns."

VA Tennessee Valley spokesperson Jessica Schiefer said she hopes these forums can further identify challenges at the local level and help leadership improve operations. Patient Advocates will be on hand to take down any personal concerns that need follow up, however the open forum will be geared toward systems improvement, and overall quality concerns to benefit everyone in attendance, Schiefer said.

The Murfreesboro Town Hall meeting will be on August 19th at 10:00 in the morning.
