Middle Tennessee will host its 21st annual Strength and Speed camp for all athletes ages 10 through 18 this summer.

The camp occurs every Tuesday and Thursday in the months of June and July, except for the week of July 4. Fees are $25 dollars and can be paid in advance or during the first day.

Athletes can optimize their agility and increase muscle strength that will help them achieve at the next level. The numerous sessions allow athletes to schedule training times to fit their busy summer schedules.

The camp focuses on 10 areas including: warm-ups, plyometrics, speed, agility, strength development, work capacity, condition, technique, stretching and recovery.
