(WOODBURY) If you are an ABBA fan, "Mama Mia" runs from August 16-31, 2019 at the Arts Center of Cannon County at 1424 John Bragg Highway in nearby Woodbury. Performances are at 7:30PM on Friday and Saturday evenings, along with a 2:00PM Sunday afternoon matinee.

ABBA's hits tell the hilarious story of a young woman's search for her birth father. This sunny and funny tale unfolds on a Greek island paradise. On the eve of her wedding, a daughter's quest to discover the identity of her father brings three men from her mother's past back to the island they last visited 20 years ago.

The story-telling magic of ABBA's timeless songs propels this enchanting tale of love, laughter and friendship, creating an unforgettable show. A large cast, non-stop laughs and explosive dance numbers combine to make Mamma Mia! a guaranteed smash hit. A mother. A daughter. Three possible dads. And a trip down the aisle you'll never forget!

Directed by Darryl Deason with choreography by Regina Ward and music direction by Robert Hiers, this production features Lindsey Mapes Duggin as Sophie Sheridan, Brenda Gregory as Donna Sheridan, Gerold Melton as Bill, Noel Clements as Sam, and Robert Hiers as Harry. The cast includes, Jordan Black, Miranda Hunter, Annie Clements, Diane Enright, Wes Duffield, Owen Langford, Daxton Patrick, Gayle Tate. The ensemble includes Sharon Bessant, Casey Carpenter, Delana Howard, Grace Morgan, Libby Reasonover, Catalina Rice, Katherine Jordan, Jacob Brasher, David Brown, Jack Jones, Lucas Patterson, and Quantavius Rankins. The chorus includes Terry Deason, Marcia Melton, Melanie Nistad, Scarlett Turney, and Chelsea Toombs.
