Man accuses woman of Theft - Woman accuses man of Sexual Assault

A Readyville woman told police she was walking down Riviera Drive in Murfreesboro when a Hispanic man invited her into his residence. While inside, the subject reportedly took her to his bedroom where he started to fondle her, according to a police report that was filed by the reported victim. The report was labeled as a "Sexual Assault."

In another police report filed by the male, the man told police that the 30-year old female is a prostitute and that she offered services to him, but he told her no. He said that the female came into his home and asked to use his bathroom. He said that she stole over $4,000 in cash that was in his bedroom.

No prostitution charges were filed in the case, but Brandy Kay Reed was charged with theft. She was also charged with possession of a schedule II drug and violation of probation. Reed is currently being held at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center under a $24,500 bond. The report filed by Reed shows that she admitted to taking the cash out of frustration over the man touching her, "Against her will."

No charges were filed against 57-year old Jesus H. Duante who reported the theft to police.
