A Murfreesboro woman reported to police a man tried to tase her dogs while they were being walked on a leash. The incident happened on Saturday. The woman ran into the man again on Sunday on North Maple Street and reported to Murfreesboro Police she asked him about the incident the day before. That's when she reports he became upset and yelled. The woman called police after walking away. An officer made contact with the man on North Public Square and told him he could only use his taser for self-protection.
