A Lawrenceburg man who works for the Mt. Pleasant Housing Authority was charged with Forgery, Criminal Impersonation, Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest after allegedly telling police in Murfreesboro he was actually his brother.

21-Year old Bo Clifton was arrested with his attorney present at the Rutherford County Courthouse. There, he admitted that he used his brothers ID when apprehended several months ago. Needless to say, he was re-arrested at the courthouse and the additional charge of Criminal Impersonation was filed. He was also charged with underage consumption, because when he was originally arrested he was under the age of 21. His 21st birthday was this past April.
