A homeless man by the name of Bryan Lane has been arrested and charged with theft after getting into what was described as a fight with a Walmart Loss Prevention worker. The incident occurred on Wednesday at the store on Old Fort Parkway.

After 31 year old Lane was arrested, police confirmed that he had been either written a citation or arrested for trespassing at Walmart 15-different times in the past.

Officers say he was armed with a crack pipe, a Brillo pad and a push rod, all items known to be used with crack cocaine.

Lane was charged with trespassing, because he had been warned in the past not to return to the store, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lane will appear in court October 21, 2015.
