Officers say he was armed with a crack pipe, a Brillo pad and a push rod, all items known to be used with crack cocaine.

Lane was charged with trespassing, because he had been warned in the past not to return to the store, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lane will appear in court October 21, 2015.
