Man arrested in Murfreesboro on child porn charges by the FBI

Dylan Quandt, 22, of Keylon Street, Manchester was arrested Thursday at a residence on Mercury Blvd in Murfreesboro by the FBI on child porn charges. The MTSU student is accused in federal indictments of having 100s of images of child pornography on his computer.

His arrest came about from work by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) operated for the FBI by the Winchester Police Dept. According to investigators, the ICAC unit learned of him sharing the child porn on line. After investigating the incidents, the FBI seized Quandt’s computer and had analyzed and learned that he had the child porn on the computer.

He was indicted by a federal grand jury  in Chattanooga. He is being arraigned today (Friday) before a federal magistrate in Chattanooga.
