For the 4th time, a Murfreesboro man has been charged with "Driving on a Revoked License."

Randy Haslam, age 42, was pulled over on Broad Street at Medical Center Parkway in Murfreesboro. Haslam was stopped due to an expired registration. During the stop police quickly learned that this was not his first run in with the law - - It was his 4th.

Haslam will appear in court on May 28, 2015.
