Kohlmeyer allegedly asked for a juvenile aged prostitute through a website in 2014. The Davidson County Courts say he offered to pay $5,000 to have sex with a 12-year-old girl.

News Channel 5 reported that Kohlmeyer stated in court, "I never really wanted to buy the child. I wanted pictures, I admit that. That's as far as I was willing to go with any of this."
