An Eagleville man faces various charges after being found by police face-down under a table at the McDonalds on S.E. Broad Street. Thirty-four year old Joseph Dyer of Rocky Glade Road was reportedly found by police under a table at the restaurant and when approached by authorities, allegedly began yelling profanities and disrupting guests. The arresting officer reported when trying to place Dyer in handcuffs, he pulled away and began resisting. After a brief struggle, he was detained and taken to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center. When booked, it was determined there was a warrant for his arrest out for violation of parole. Dyer now faces additional charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He’ll answer to those charges in General Sessions Court on September 26th.
