$2,600 in damages and a man in the nude… Police went to a home on Woods Edge Drive to investigate a disturbance where the guest of a home allegedly vandalized a home. When police arrived they found Volney Powlis IV in the nude running around the front yard of the home while sweating profusely. Police had to place the man in handcuffs due to his erratic behavior.

After a quick trip to the hospital, 19-year old Powlis was placed under arrest and charged with vandalism. He reportedly broke a TV, ceiling fan and knocked holes in the wall of the residence.
