Man Wanted in Idaho Arrested in Murfreesboro

A 46-year old man wanted in Idaho on an active parole violation was arrested after a traffic stop in Murfreesboro. Daniel Montgomery of Lea Avenue in Nashville was arrested by Officer Charles Speed after a traffic stop just before 8 o'clock Tuesday night.

The officer pulled Montgomery over on Middle Tennessee Boulevard near the Discovery School for an illegal lane change. Montgomery was taken into custody and is at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center awaiting full extradition to Idaho. He faces the additional charge of "fugitive from justice."
