A man who plead guilty to theft of property in Rutherford County and was ordered to pay back $60,000 as restitution has asked the courts to lower the amount of money he was ordered to pay each month. Zachery Ross Hendrixson will have to pay $833.33 per month until he hits the $60,000 mark once he is released from prison.

According to court documents released on Thursday, the Court of Criminal Appeals agreed with the original trial courts on the monthly amount to be paid. Hendrixson, who allegedly stole coins from Jim’s Coin Service in Murfreesboro, will have to pay the $833.33 per month or else face going back to prison. Court records show that Hendrixson allegedly had a drug and gambling problem around the same time of the theft. The payments will last for a period of 72-months.

According to DeKalb County Sheriff Patrick Ray, he told friends the boat belonged to his family. Patrick Ray stated, “He even published pictures of the outings on his Face Book account."
