Another store in the Avenue shopping center has been hit by a thief. This time, a large black male described as having a "Large belly," stole over $1,000 in merchandise from the ULTA store on Wednesday. The store specializes in perfumes and makeup.
A police report shows that a saleswoman helped the customer select numerous items that he had on a list that could have been a Christmas gift list. After he had the items in hand, he went to the opposite side of the store and eventually made his way out the front door without paying for the items.
The man was said to be about 50 years of age and fled the parking lot in a newer model tan colored Chevrolet Malibu. So far, he has not been caught.
