As part of his continuing education Mayor Jason Cole has completed a 70-hour Foundations of Leadership course through the Naifeh Center for Effective Leadership, an agency of the UT Institute for Public Service.

The Foundations to Leadership certificate provides techniques that will enhance skills to make better decisions, resolve conflicts, improve employee performance and lead change throughout your organization. This certificate includes three different levels and total of 75 hours of leadership development.

The Naifeh Center for Effective Leadership Online Training provides relevant and quality training for everyone involved in state and local government anytime, anywhere.
