Memphis man arrested for killing Murfreesboro resident on June 29th

A man believed to be responsible for the murder of Murfreesboro resident Jason McGill on June 29, 2016 has been arrested in Memphis, Tennessee.

29 Year old William Cochran, who was wanted by the Nashville Metro Police Department, allegedly shot and killed McGill in a parking lot on 6th Avenue South in Davidson County. The shooting reportedly occurred near the Greyhound bus station. McGill was found dead in his white Audi sedan that was backed into a parking space.

Cochran is being held in the Shelby County Jail and will soon be transported to Nashville to face the courts.
