A man who was arrested for allegedly having a meth lab this past April and who was re-arrested on similar charges in Murfreesboro in July will soon appear in court to face the heat.  39 Year old Roger E. Boisseau of Tune Street was taken into custody a couple of months back after being pulled over near College Street for a seatbelt violation. When dispatch ran the suspects name it was discovered that he was wanted for failing to appear in court on previous drug charges.

After Boisseau was arrested an officer searched his Ford Ranger where they found two plastic bags containing meth. Marijuana was also uncovered in the search along with items used to manufacture meth.
