Fire Marshall Carl Peas' has completed his investigation into the Sunday night fire in the wresting building at Blackman Middle School. He ruled the incident "ACCIDENTAL" and reports that the detached structure is a total loss.

The Murfreesboro Fire & Rescue report noted that the cause of the fire appears to have originated in the area of an exhaust fan mounted on the West wall of the building.
