A 25-year old Middle Tennessee Boulevard woman was arrested for indecent exposure and public intoxication. Sabrina Elizabeth Owens was arrested Sunday afternoon by Murfreesboro Police Officer Jacob Lamb after he reportedly observed her urinating in a Greenland Drive parking lot. Owens also faces resisting arrest charges after struggling with the officer.
