Mississippi man and woman arrested on heroin charges in Murfreesboro

An electrician from Waltham, Mississippi has been arrested in Murfreesboro. Evidently, Wayne Roger LeBlanc was indicted on charges of "Conspiracy to sell Heroin or Cocaine." He has also been charged on five felony counts of possessing heroin.

Police say that LeBlanc went to the Murfreesboro Police Department and advised officers that he had outstanding warrants and wanted to turn himself in. The 33-year old was then transported to the local jail where he was booked under a $250,000 bond. As of Friday, July 3, 2015, he remains behind bars. He is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday July 7, 2015.

Arrested with LeBlanc was 34-year old Christina Woodward, also from Mississippi. Woodward faces two felony possession of Heroin charges and one charge of "Conspiracy to sell Heroin or Cocaine."

Woodward was booked under a $150,000 bond and to date, has not been released. She too will face the courts of Rutherford County on Tuesday (July 7, 2015).
