Murfreesboro will again commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day with a march from Central Magnet School to the Patterson Community Center this coming Monday (1/18/2016).

Those who plan to be a part of the march should be at Central Magnet School on Main Street about 11:30 this Monday (1/18/2016) morning. The march down Hancock Street to the Patterson Community Center will begin at noon.

Wilson said, there will be a special Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. program at the Patterson Center.

In addition to Monday's March, the WGNS' Action Line broadcast will feature some of Dr. King's speeches, as well as special guests Dr. Phyllis Washington and Katie Wilson. That broadcast will be 8:10 to 9:00 o'clock Monday morning.
