The Riverdale High School Beta Club and Virtual Club will host a realistic mock motor vehicle crash on campus. The mock crash will be set up in the Riverdale High School parking lot at 8:30am Tuesday (Feb. 14).

Most states, including Tennessee, have reported an increase of traffic fatalities in recent years. Car crashes are the number one killer of teens today.

The event is being held in conjunction with Vanderbilt Monroe Carroll Children's Hospital, Ford Motor Company, Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services, Rutherford County Sheriff's Department, Vanderbilt Life Flight and others.
