Mom and the kids said to be shoplifting together

A mother and her two sons, one of which is a juvenile, were accused of shoplifting together inside the South Rutherford Boulevard Walmart store. When police started asking questions, it was revealed that the 53-year old mother and her older son, who is 20, were the ones doing the thievery. During the line of questioning, the police found out that the mother was wanted in Chattanooga for violating her probation. The three currently reside in Hamilton County, but were in town for a visit.

The 20-year old son was issued a citation for shoplifting and the mother was jailed for the shoplifting charge, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and for "Violation of Probation." Mom will appear in court on June 17, 2015.
