Murfreesboro Police are asking for your help in identifying those responsible for a break-in at Old Fort Golf Course. Officer Amy Norville tells NewsRadio WGNS that on Friday at 3:44am, two people used a sledge hammer to break through the glass door to the office and attempted to gain access to the safe. She says they were unsuccessful in gaining access to the safe, but did cause several thousand dollars worth of damage to the facility. We have photos from video surveillance on our website at WGNSRadio.com, keyword golf. When caught, the suspects will face felony burglary and vandalism charges.
