Most things about the annual MTSU Baseball Groundhog Day Luncheon haven't changed in 38-years. The menu is still the same. It's, of course, around Groundhog Day in early February, marking the beginning of baseball season. But this year, head coach Jim McGuire will be the man in the spotlight. He says there are many emotions...anticipation and excitement to name a few...

The menu includes white beans, ham hocks, tomato salad, green onions, corn bread, chocolate cake and ice cream. The MTSU Baseball Groundhog Day Luncheon will be held Monday inside Murphy Center.
