The Middle Tennessee basketball coaches shows, featuring women's coach Rick Insell and men's coach Kermit Davis, returns on Monday live from Sam's All-American Sports Grill in Murfreesboro on WGNS. All shows will be held Monday nights, as announced by Nelligan Sports Marketing, the Blue Raiders' media partner.

Rick Insell Live presented by Ascend Federal Credit Union will be hosted by Dick Palmer and run from 6-7 p.m. on WGNS live. Fans have the opportunity to ask questions by calling into the show at 1-866-RAIDERS or emailing radio@goblueraiders.com. They can also tweet questions by using the hashtag #InsellLive.

Chip Walters hosts Kermit Davis Live presented by Russell Barnett Kia of Tullahoma during the next hour, from 7-8 p.m., also on WGNS. Questions can be called or emailed in live as well at the same above number and address. Additionally, fans can tweet questions by using the hashtag #DavisLive.

Both coaches shows are also available online at GoBlueRaiders.com.

Blue Raider fans are encouraged to attend the shows live each week at Sam's All-American Sports Grill where questions also will be taken and prizes will be given away. The shows will continue each week throughout the remainder of the regular season.

Sam's All-American Sports Grill features a friendly environment with numerous flat-screen TVs and great food. It is located at 1720 Old Fort Parkway inside the Stones River Shopping Mall in Murfreesboro.
