It's MTSU homecoming week. The MTSU Office of Alumni Relations and the Student Government Association have events planned all week long, leading up to the Blue Raider's homecoming football game against East Carolina Saturday.

A Chili Cook-Off on Tuesday at Stones River Mall will kick off the week's activities. WGNS will be there and hope you'll come out to enjoy the festivities.

For the younger crowd, the popular National Pan-Hellenic Council Step Show will be held starting at 7 p.m. Friday in the Murphy Center.

Voice of the Blue Raiders Chip Walters and Monte Hale, host of All Sports Talk on WGNS and editor of The Murfreesboro Post, will broadcast the 10 a.m. Homecoming Parade, which will feature the fifth annual Baby Raider Ride Contest, from the Alumni House front lawn, located at 2259 Middle Tennessee Blvd. in Murfreesboro.
