(MURFREESBORO) The Middle Tennessee State University Board of Trustees announces the following committee will will meet May 29th, Wednesday in the second floor meeting room 203 at the Miller Education Center, 503 E. Bell Street.

• Finance and Personnel Committee: 9:30 a.m. Agenda items include approval of minutes; recommendations concerning the MTSU-MTSU Foundation Agreement, capital outlay project submittal, capital maintenance projects submittal, tuition, fees and housing rates, operating budgets: estimated 2018-19 and proposed 2019-20, and compensation; and, information concerning capital disclosures.

• Academic Affairs, Student Life, and Athletics Committee: 11 a.m. Agenda items include approval of minutes; recommendations concerning tenure and promotion candidates, and approval of an academic degree under consideration; and, information concerning academic actions and the review of athletics matters.

• Audit and Compliance Committee: 1 p.m. Agenda items include approval of minutes; and, information concerning president's disclosure of interests, external reviews, and quarterly report on results of internal audits.
