According to a police report by the investigator, Gore was in Walmart in Tullahoma when he observed Johnson and two females acting suspicious while walking in and out of the aisles. Gore's report states that he observed them and witnessed all three in the doll aisle. Johnson then allegedly moved several items on the shelf and opened a bag. The man was then observed laying white items down on the shelf and then take a step back. Then a female, who was later identified as Kandi Lynn Stamper, 36, of Glendale Place Tullahoma, walked over and raked the white items into her hand.

At that point Gore confronted them and questioned the two. His report states that he asked her what she picked up off of the shelf and she handed him six Xanax bars. Johnson stated that he did not have anything. Gore then requested that other officers assist him at Walmart.

Investigator Tyler Hatfield along with Officers Brook Earhart and Tyler Walls arrived and assisted.

The investigator saw a backpack behind Johnson, but the man denied that it was his. When Gore poured the contents out on the floor he found 961 Xanax bars with a street value of $4,775, a total 165 Oxycotin pills with a street value of $4,950, .32 grams of Ecstasy and 4.01 grams of marijuana with a street value of $100. Also seized were a set of digital scales, three cell phones and $20 cash.

Stamper was charged with possession of schedule IV. Her bond was set at $5,000. She is to appear in Coffee County General Sessions court.

Johnson is under a bond of $101,500.
