If you have not heard by now, tailgates are the big thing to be stolen right now. In fact, even the WGNS Ford F-250 tailgate was stolen several days ago.

Ford of Murfreesboro reported a total of 7 Ford tailgates stolen last week. The tailgates were taken off of the larger F-250 and 350 trucks. Tailgates on the large trucks have an integrated step which brings the cost up to over $1500 per tailgate.

As for the WGNS tailgate, it was stolen when the truck was parked under a security light in a church parking lot. The WGNS tailgate was also wrapped with WGNS logo's.

So far, the stolen tailgates have not been recovered and no word on who took them.
