A man accused of first degree murder and kidnapping will see his case go before a Rutherford County Grand Jury. 32-Year-old Eric Ellis is accused of killing Kimberly Allen.

District Attorney Jennings Jones stated...

Ellis allegedly forced Allen to withdraw money from an ATM machine before killing her. Testimony presented in court this month further suggested that Ellis stayed with Allen's body for three days inside her Smyrna home before leaving and going to the Union Rescue Mission in Nashville.

Again, Ellis will see his case go before a Rutherford County Grand Jury in the near future.
