Murfreesboro City Manager Craig Tindall

• Monday (4PM 10/29/2018) groundbreaking for the new Vanderbilt Children's Hospital
• Proposed to TSSA that instead of locating new soccer fields near Veterans Parkway, that they expand the Siegel Soccer Park and build hotels in the area, possibly near the new Cherry Lane connection to I-840. TSSA extimates they need 20,000 room nights per year. TSSA will make a decision around December 1, 2018.
• Redevelopment of the North Highland area.
• Renovations of Murphy Center and other athletic venues at MTSU. The day may return when major entertainment concerts return to Murfreesboro.
