Murfreesboro City Schools are Welcoming New Technology this Week with 5,000 New iPads and Laptops

The City of Murfreesboro has grabbed technology by the horns and are reeling it in for school students. Karen Hawkins, the Murfreesboro City Schools Curriculum Coordinator, told WGNS a major technology push is being made right now.

The new devices will remain at school and students will not be allowed to take the iPads and laptops home.

One a side note, the life expectancy for the new devices is 4-years.
