VERBATIM:

The Daily News Journal reported that the death may have been due to a drug overdose, however toxicology test have not been released in this case and likely will not be released until the case goes before a judge. The incident occurred in a hotel room at Americas Best Value Inn on South Church Street in Murfreesboro.

47-Year old Willie Earl Saulsberry was allegedly with 23-year old Elise Armstrong when she started bleeding from the nose and mouth. He supposedly rolled her over to prevent her from choking and then left the hotel room. A friend of Saulsberry later found Armstrong in the hotel room and called for help.

Saulsberry, who told police he lives in the hotel where the death occurred, was arrested shortly after Armstrong was found deceased. The self-employed tree trimmer was taken into custody, but later bonded out of jail. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 14th.

Funeral Arraignments:

Funeral services for Armstrong have already been set. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Brentwood-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home at 9010 Church St. East in Brentwood, Tennessee.
