A Murfreesboro man by the name of Branden Michael Miller has been arrested and charged with the rape of a child, incest and three counts of aggravated sexual battery. Miller, who goes by the name of Mike, was arrested after the Department of Children Services contacted Murfreesboro Police about the sexual abuse of a seven year old girl. During an investigation, 39 year old Miller was developed as the suspect. Case details were sent to the Rutherford County Grand Jury which resulted in the arrest of the local handyman.

Miller was booked into the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center under a $200,000 bond. He will face the charges in Circuit Court in the weeks to come.
