We have even more news on a Salem Cove resident in Murfreesboro who is facing a number of charges dealing with a reported rape that allegedly started when the victim was only 12-years of age. Chadwick Rutledge, who often goes by the name of Chad, pleaded "Not Guilty" in court after being arrested last week and charged with 10-counts of rape, 10-counts of incest and 10-counts of statutory rape by an authority figure.

As reported earlier, Detective Tommy Roberts was the lead investigator on the case that originally opened in April of 2013. The victim disclosed to the authorities that she has allegedly undergone sexual abuse for years, all at the hands of suspect Chad Rutledge.
