Murfreesboro Police Officer to Honor his Fire Fighting Uncle this Saturday

Captain Ron Dicks

Murfreesboro Police Officer Jacob Lamb is participating in the Nashville Walk To End Pancreatic Cancer this Saturday (9/29/18). Lamb is doing the walk in honor of his uncle. Lamb's uncle Ron Dicks was a Captain with the Indianapolis Fire Department for 39 years. Captain Dicks died of pancreatic cancer earlier this year.

The Saturday walk is a fundraiser for research into Pancreatic Cancer and it will be held at Percy Warner State Park.



Captain Ron Dicks was with the Indianapolis Fire Department, he passed away this past Spring due to Pancreatic Cancer. He was Captain of Fire Station #14.
