A 2013 Nissan Rouge that was reported as stolen has been recovered by Murfreesboro Police. The SUV was evidently rented to a local resident by “Nissan of Murfreesboro” and never returned to the dealership, according to an MPD Incident Report.

Officer Montalvo located the Rouge and placed a husband and wife in the back seat of his patrol car. 57-Year old Gregory Suiter was served a warrant for “Theft Over $10,000” and his 48-year old wife Robin was served a warrant for failing to appear in court. The duo were taken to the local jail and will soon appear in court, possibly as early as next month, to face the charges.
