The victim was found lying in the grass next to Gentleman Jim's bar on Greenland Drive in Murfreesboro. When police noticed the woman in the pre-daylight hours of Thursday morning (1/19/17), they quickly called for paramedics.

The 22-year-old woman was discovered with her pants pulled down to her ankles and reports indicate she had been raped.

Police interviewed the victim who was crying by the time an ambulance showed up. Officers also interviewed two men who were in the bar at the time that the woman was discovered.

Detectives are currently investigating the case that has not led to an arrest at this point.
