An 18-year-old Murfreesboro woman fell victim to an eBay related scam. Evidently, the woman found a 1969 Chevelle SS on eBay that she wanted to buy. The seller in Colorado told the victim that she needed to purchase eBay gift cards to go through with the Transaction, which she agreed to do.

After the transaction was made, the woman was contacted by the auction website and told the sell was a scam. The woman is now out of her hard earned cash and has nothing to show for it.
