A man accused of molesting the 12-year old daughter of his girlfriend has been named in a Murfreesboro Police investigation. The case was opened this past October.

34-year old Marcus Lindsley, Jr. of Nashville was picked up by Chuck Thomas who is assigned the U-S Marshals Service. The man was then transported to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center in Murfreesboro.

Lindsley was indicted on a charge of child rape. He is being held on $100,000 bond.
