This story includes a sight you don’t see that often… Well, you will have to imagine the sight as we describe it to you.

50-Year old Timothy Crawford who was let out of jail on Tuesday morning after previously being arrested on trespassing charges, was re-arrested about 15-hours later on public indecency charges in the ‘Boro. Crawford was charged with public intoxication and indecent exposure on Tuesday evening after a passing motorist allegedly spotted him on the side of the road naked. A Good Samaritan flagged down a patrol car and pointed the officer in the right direction.  Crawford was found in the area of Old Salem Highway and West Castle Street.

When Officer Phillips stopped to talk with Crawford, the suspect informed the officer that he was naked prior to the arrival of police. In addition to the nude issue, Officer Phillips wrote in his report, “Mr. Crawford informed me he had several drinks of alcohol before making contact with me.”

The suspect, who told police he lives in the hotel next to the Titans Stadium, was booked under a $2,500 bond. He will appear in court this December.
