New Faces at the local United Way

The United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties recently hired Dana Barrett and Casey Warren and announced the promotion of current staff member, Amy Painter, as Directors of Development.

Dana Barrett comes to United Way from Parks Realty where she served as the Marketing Coordinator and a Real Estate Agent. Barrett has a previous work history with the local United Way from 2011-2013. During that time she connected with United Way supporters and developed the organization's presence in the community.

Dana holds degrees from Motlow State Community College, where she played basketball, and Middle Tennessee State University. She also served as a United States Marine.

Casey Warren comes to United Way from Ingram Content Group where she has served as a Tradeshow and Event Specialist, as well as the Employee Campaign Manager of the Ingram United Way campaign. Through her leadership, Ingram has raised more than $600,000 for United Way with a 20% participation increase in giving in the last three years. Casey's role at Ingram has also included overseeing the community services department, where more than $400,000 is granted annually to various community initiatives.

Casey holds a degree in public relations from Middle Tennessee State University.
