Changes in the law will have an impact on children who are sexually abused in Tennessee. Murfreesboro Police Sgt. Amy Norville explains more on how this changes the game for those who abuse children...



As of July 1, 2019 in Tennessee, if the victim is 12 years of age or younger when a rape related crime occurs - then there is NO statute of limitations for that victim.
