No arrests made in early Monday morning shooting incident near DeJArnette Lane

The unlawful discharge of a firearm was reported in the Bradford Place Subdivision in Murfreesboro this past Monday. According to a police incident report, officers went to the neighborhood off of DeJarnette Lane at about 3:45, Monday morning to investigate a resident reporting five gunshots breaking the early morning silence. The resident heard the gunshots while letting his dog inside.

After the shooting took place, the resident who reported the incident saw a dark colored vehicle leave his cul-de-sac. Several other residents in the subdivision heard the shots, but did not see any unusual activity.

No one was believed to have been injured in the shooting and no arrests have been made as of Wednesday morning (March 18, 2015).
